BFW Press Launch

This morning I was invited to the Press Launch of West Coast Cooler - Belfast Fashion Week. The event itself was hosted by the lovely and incredibly stylish Cathy Martin and Rebecca McKinney and was an invite only event. On the surface the Press Launch is an insight into the trends that will be showcased at this years main show in October. This will be SBB’s third season involved with WCCFW and something tells me it will be the best one yet!

The day itself was incredible - and don’t get me wrong, I didn't think anything less from the BFW team - but this season was extra special. The venue, as it has been for the past few seasons, was Life Church on Bruce Street. The interiors were dreamy, I’m talking fairy lights draped everywhere, furniture hanging from the ceiling, soft lighting and adorable little areas with inspirational quotes and trinkets scattered everywhere.

Upon arrival it was time for a few snaps and to enjoy beautiful tasters from Fratelli. We were then lead into the main area where Cathy & Rebecca were awaiting to discuss the top trends for AW16.

Big on the check list for this season is suede. And if you had the enjoyment of reading my last blog post, you would have seen that SBB are bang on top of suede for this season! We have the most adorable khaki green suede flare dress (pic below) and pencil skirt in the season. (**After my last blog post the skirt has sold out but will be back in store this week!)

We had quite a few looks featured in this seasons press launch. First of all was our super cute mustard dress which Cathy and her team paired with a beautiful blouse from M&S I believe…. (Correct me if I'm wrong, Cathy!)

Next up was the beautiful Ashleigh Coyle wearing one of our sparkly numbers which is totally exclusive to Spoilt Belle Boutique for Northern Ireland.

One of our favorite outfits featured is our sell out Karl Lagerfeld tee paired with our black tulle skirt.

Once the presentation was over we enjoyed a Westcoast Cooler (naughty I know!) and ice-cream and strawberries served by Yogland NI.

I then bumped into the beautiful Katie Larmour where it was time to discuss all things fashion for Belfast Fashion Week TV.

After a HORRIFIC fake tan incident last night I opted for this long sleeve Jumpsuit from our AW collection in store. Its super comfy and hides all the sins - esp the baby belly! I paired it with my new black Louboutins and my Neverfull MM

So Cathy and her team pulled off another amazing show today and has left me mega excited for the main show in October.

Oh and the goodie bags!....

Each bag was filled with the most amazing products. From jewelry to make up and skin care products - I can't wait to try them all! There was also TWO £50 gift vouchers for Galgorm Spa!
