We want you to love your SBB purchase, so if anything is not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange
within 14 days of receiving your order.
-Email email@example.com prior to returning any items
-Stating Name, Order Number & Reason for Return for approval
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming the return along with your Returns Authorisation Code
Write this RAC in the box provided above and on the front of your package, using the cutout address label to the right, and post it back to SBB in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card.
Alternatively we can credit your account.
Should you prefer credit please mention this when requesting your Return Account Code.
-Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.
-We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
-SBB does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
-Packages without an RAC number will unfortunately not be accepted and will be returned.
-Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of SBB.
-Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
-Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
-SBB does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
