We want you to love your SBB purchase, so if anything is not quite as you had hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange
within 14 days of receiving your order.

 - Download and complete the returns form, place inside your parcel & then post to the address below

Simply complete all details on the Returns Slip, ensure you put your Order Number & Name on the form in the space provided.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card.

Alternatively we can credit your account.


Please Note:

-Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.
-We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
-SBB does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
-Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of SBB.
-Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
-Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
-SBB does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
