Returns Policy
Online Returns
To create a return simply login into our return portal below:
Once accepted we will email you a returns label (UK customers only). The cost of this will be deducted from your refund. For customers based in ROI or outside of the UK you will need to make arrangements to return. Alternatively you can also drop off to our store.
Our online returns policy is 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund. Any items returned outside of the 14 days policy will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, and return shipping to the original payment method.
Orders placed on Gift Cards will be credited on to the same Gift Card
Alternatively we can credit your account.
Please Note:
- The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of the order is the customers responsibility. We would always advise to use some form of tracked service and to obtain a proof of postage until the refund notification is sent for your confirmation
- Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.
- SBB does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
- Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of SBB.
- Refunds will only be reimbursed to the payment method used to purchase the goods with.
- Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
- SBB does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
Faulty items
Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 14 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customers negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

Please provide your Order Number (begins #) as well as much information as you can regarding the fault, including images where possible to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution.
Purchases made in store
Items can be returned (within 14 days of purchase) for exchange or credit note valid for one year from date of purchase.
We do not refund items purchased in-store unless the item is faulty.
